Exchanges or refunds are not available for pre-order (made-to-order) items, or due to change of mind or size issues.

If your item has a major defect, please contact us through the Q&A board or Channel Talk within 24 hours after receiving your package.
Unfortunately, we cannot process claims reported after this period.
Please make sure to send your package through a trackable international courier service
(EMS, USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Royal Mail, China Post, Japan Post, Sagawa).
Packages without tracking information may be considered missing, and we may not be able to assist with refunds or exchanges.
♡ If your parcel does not arrive within the expected time, it may be considered unshipped or lost, and we may not be able to process a refund or exchange.

If it’s found to be non-defective, the round-trip shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Actual measurements may vary by 1–2 cm depending on how they are measured, and colors may look slightly different depending on your monitor or mobile screen ♡
